"Customer focus driven friendly staff"

We just spent Saturday night, Feb 12 at the Radisson and had a wonderful stay. As most people on TripAdvisor write, the staff is wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone's names that we came across but EVERYONE was very nice and treated us in a very welcoming and friendly way. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. We will definitely stay here again and so should you.

I was in Tucson for business and chose this hotel based on its proximity to University of Arizona. The rooms are very large compared to newer hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay at this hotel for business and leisure trips to Tucson.

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. This hotel rocked my world. The clerks, housekeepers, and staff were helpful and extremely friendly, the hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location couldn't be better. It's right down the road from a Walmart and tons of other places. The rooms were surprisingly big and comfortable, I felt like I was home. I slept soundly every night for the full week that I was there. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone!

My wife and I work for a major airline, and we often stay on layovers at Radisson Suites. However, the last time we stayed, we were there for a getaway. As usual it was a great stay. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel restaurant also has good food and good service. Whenever we go to Tucson on leisure or business we will stay at the Radisson Suites.

We stayed overnight at the Radisson in October 2010 and were blown away by the quality and size of the room we stayed in. Everything was very modern, the room was quiet and spacious and the amenities were outstanding. We can't wait to stay again the next time we go to Tucson!
