Q. Is your hotel non-smoking?
A. There are a handful of smoking rooms, with the majority of the guestrooms being non-smoking. The restaurant is 100% non-smoking according to Arizona Law.

Q. What is the charge for parking?
A. Parking is complimentary in the hotel's lot.

Q. Are there nearby golf courses you can recommend?
A. Right next door to the hotel is the El Dorado Estates and Golf Course. The Golf Course is open to the public. We also recommend Arizona National Golf Course, which is located about 15-20 minutes from the hotel at the base of the beautiful Catalina Mountains. With Tucson being a golf destination, there are dozens of courses throughout the city. Please visit http://www.visittucson.org/visitor/golf for more information.

Q. What do your suites offer in terms of amenities?
A. We offer a host of amenities that help set us apart. Below, please find a list of some of our special features:

Q. What is your early/late check-in policy?
A. Early check-in upon availability only. Call the front desk the day of check-in to see if an early arrival may be available. Rooms guaranteed to a credit card are guaranteed for arrival until 2:00 a.m. Please feel free to contact the front desk for more info at (520) 721-7100.

Q. What is your pet policy?
A. Pets welcomed. There is a $25 non-refundable fee per pet. No size or weight limit. There are several areas to walk your pet within the hotel grounds. Please call (520) 721-7100 for more information.

Q. Do your guestrooms have wireless internet? If so, is it complimentary?
A. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the property including guestrooms.

Q. What are the hours of the Breeze Patio Bar and Grill? Do I need a reservation?
A. The Breeze Patio Bar and Grill is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Breakfast is served from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Dinner is served from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our lounge is open until 1:00 a.m. We feature a daily happy hour from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Reservations are not necessary.

Q. Are coolers allowed in the pool area?
A. Coolers and outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited in the pool area due to licensing. Items purchased from our restaurant are allowed in the pool area, and for your convenience, our restaurant staff offers poolside drink and food service. Glass containers are never allowed in the pool area.
